I purchased this product back in October and received a regular size bottle of 6.7 ounces. Today you want to charge customers the exact same amount for a smaller bottle of 5.7 ounces. Please quit lying to customers and telling them that the product size is not changing
ASAN Skin1 month agoHi Christina! We had to make a temporary change to our cleanser back in late summer/fall, which was in a different container (squeeze bottle, 6.7 oz). This was a different formula than what we were selling prior to that/now. When we were able to get back our cleanser that we have now, it resumed its product amount of 5.07 oz. The 5.07 oz that it is now and was prior to the temporary change is the cleansers regular size. This was a bit confusing at the time, but we never intentionally lied about this. Customer's knew this was a temporary change and if you had our cleanser prior to that bottle you purchased in October, you would know that it contains the same amount of product. I’ve been using A|N skin since its beginning. Like many others have stated, every time I order it seems the product gets smaller. I re-checked my order this time and wondered if they had accidentally sent me the travel size.
