As many of you know, I injured the entire right side of my face 3 years ago, and since then I’ve had to care about my skin so that my scarring doesn’t get worse! 🤞🏼
Special Thanks To Sunscreen
July 28, 2020
My skin is better now than it was 2 years ago 🤯 If you zoom in on the right pic, you can see my sun damage, uneven texture, and fine lines that have now left me 🙏🏼 It’s been a WORK in progress to get my skin where it is in the pic today (no filter, no make up - just mascara & brow liner), but it has been 100% worth it. I’ve done skin treatments, switched my skincare to medical grade products, and I have changed up my habits so that I protect my face daily ☺️
Even though I’ve done a lot to get my skin to where it is now, my number one suggestion for keeping your skin youthful and preventing sun damage, pigmentation, and fine lines RIGHT NOW is by wearing FACIAL SUNSCREEN ☀️ The sun is the number one way that we age our skin!
With it getting warmer out & with us being outside more from this quarantine, please do me a huge solid and wear sunscreen DAILY, okay!!! And I’m not talking about Coppertone... 😂 I’m talking about a facial sunscreen that doesn’t stink, doesn’t feel oily, and goes on smooth like foundation! A facial sunscreen that you can put on right after you moisturize in the AM! My two faves are @alastinskincare Hydratint and @marieveronique_ tinted sunscreen. I won’t go a day without them and it’s given my skin a chance to heal from the years of damage I’ve done to it 🙏🏼
